Organise an event with views of Paris for 1 hour 30 minutes in the Inauguration Area, Hall 7.3,
Featuring speeches, tastings, a reception, and the showcasing of regional specialties, vintages or other themes.
You are responsible for organising the event, whilst Vinexposium will promote the event in its programme.
Seating for 80 people and up to 300 guests for a cocktail reception.

Technical specifications
Access to a dedicated space, equipped with a screen, a lectern, a sound system and a microphone. The room will be set up in a conference layout. Any request to change this layout will incur additional costs to be borne by you. If you wish to use a catering service, the associated costs will also be at your expense. However, we can put you in touch with our partner suppliers to help with your organization. This event is subject to prior approval by the organiser, who reserves the right to accept or reject it.
