Vinexposium’s governance is firmly anchored in the wine and spirits industry and
applies a unique way of interacting with it. This is based on a keen and constant ability to listen

The governance revolves around the executive committee and board of directors. The executive committee
implements the group’s strategy and ensures operational management of Vinexposium activities. The board of directors,
which comprises a range of figures involved in the wine and spirits industry at international level, guides the group’s strategic
decisions all year round, alongside CEO Rodolphe Lameyse.
