STAY SAFE

THE STAFF AT WINE PARIS & VINEXPO PARIS CONSTANTLY LIAISE WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND HEALTH AUTHORITIES TO MONITOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE COVID-19 CRISIS SO THAT THEY CAN ANTICIPATE AND IMPLEMENT ALL THE RECOMMENDED ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE 2021 EDITION.

WE ARE CAREFULLY PREPARING A RANGE OF DIFFERENT “PUBLIC HEALTH” SCENARIOS so as to be able to welcome everyone in the safest conditions. The measures implemented will naturally comply with official rules and are likely to evolve according to the circumstances.

See the sanitary measures validated on December 10th. They may evolve and revise each month until the event (next update on January 2021):

ACCESS AND MOVE

  • The mask is mandatory inside the halls for all the participants (exhibitors, visitors, organisers, suppliers, etc.).
  • A strict flow control (max capacity, entry and exit control, etc.) is set up in compliance to the official recommended capacity to date.
  • The badges are digital and the access to the event will be on your smartphone, as far as possible, in order to streamline entries and passways.

PARTICIPATE

  • Hand sanitiser stations on free service are available inside the venue at each entry and exit and at all essential points.
  • Reinforced cleaning with recommended products is regularly done on all the essential points (welcome area, sanitary facilities,
    conference room, masterclass rooms, etc.).
  • Each attendee, visitors and exhibitors, recieves an individual spittoon with a lot of emptying system areas in the halls.
  • Each visitor gets a tasting glass at each hall entrances (this measure may evolves according to the sanitary situation).

EXHIBIT

  • Each exhibitor is responsible inside his booth to respect barrier gestures (mask mandatory, hand sanitiser station, maximum capacity per sq.m, etc.).
  • Each exhibitor recieves a sanitary kit including masks and hand sanitiser bottle (in compliance with the official guidelines).

TASTE / TO TASTE

All the tastings have to be seated then booths and tasting areas must adapt their furnitures accordingly. Masks can be removed when visitors and exhibitors are seated.

PROTECT THE OTHERS

  • Qualified medical care and isolation area are available on site.
  • Suspect cases will be isolated and accompanied accordingly to the sanitary rules.
